My client received West Elm furniture which was the inspiration for this ocean & surfing themed nursery. They didn’t want anything too cutesy and instead wanted it to feel fun and minimalist. So, we changed the ceiling fan to a simple flush mount, painted the walls, added blackout shades, and ripped up the old carpet. That alone made the room feel fresh but then we added a large rug and wall decals to give the room some personality.
