Guest Room to Nursery Conversion

Budget: $500

This family wanted to convert the dark guest room into a warm and cozy nursery. We painted the walls Moonlight White by Benjamin Moore and changed the light fixture to brighten up the space. We also added black out curtains so the room would feel bright during the day but get dark enough for naps. They had the majority of furniture pieces already, but we did purchase a rocking chair and small bookshelf. We kept the decor simple so that as the baby grows, they can add or change pieces depending on how they need to use the space.

Note: A year later, we did change the carpet which was an additional cost of around $1,500.
