Primary Bathroom Renovation

This outdated bathroom was in desperate need of a refresh. We were able to keep the plumbing and electrical in place, which saved a ton of money. We did replace the vanity, lights, and mirror plus redid the tiling & replaced all of the hardware. We wanted the bathroom to feel spa-like so we kept the design simple but used high end finishes to complete the look. We also went with a design that appeals to most buyers in order to maximize the house’s resale value.
